Human Rights & Skills Development

NID advances awareness of fundamental rights and builds the practical skills communities need to claim them. Through training, dialogue and targeted outreach — including work with marginalised and under-represented groups — this area of work strengthens knowledge of human rights protections while equipping participants with leadership, advocacy and organisational skills that carry into everyday civic life.
